Ángel is a civil engineer who has part of Ferrovial since 1999. Over the course of his career, he has contributed to infrastructure projects in Spain, Ireland, Greece, Poland, USA, Canada, and many other countries, showcasing his global expertise.

With over 25 years of extensive experience in designing and managing infrastructure projects, Ángel has solidified his reputation as an industry expert. He has successfully overseen and engineered major infrastructure projects worldwide, demonstrating proficiency in every phase, from preliminary design to final construction technical supervision.

Currently, Ángel leads the Ferrovial Construction Engineering Services organization, managing a team of over 270 engineers located across the globe. He is responsible for all engineering activities at Ferrovial, ensuring the highest standards of excellence and innovation.
