Kevin O’Connor is vice president, mobility solutions at Parsons and their xD digital delivery services practice lead. A registered professional engineer in the state of Florida, specialising in 3D Design, he is certified in the implementation of ISO standards. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with over 34 years of infrastructure design experience.

Kevin manages Parsons’ xD Digital Delivery Services, tasked with providing technical support and training for three-dimensional engineering design software. Through this support role, he has become involved in key design aspects of several major transportation design projects around the world. Kevin’s tasks also include project setup, coordination of project staff and subconsultants, as well as CADD coordination and development of digital delivery standards. He is an expert with the application of three-dimensional and spatial design software using several different platforms.
