Stephen Hibbert is a major projects and disputes lawyer with over 35 years direct experience on projects throughout Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. Projects have included PPP/PFI style toll roads; hospitals; social infrastructure and transport and projects such as metro and heavy haul rail systems and in all forms of project delivery – from design & construct to BOOT style projects. He is an engineer and lawyer. From 2021 to 2020 he was the General Counsel of the Qatar Railways Company, in Doha.
