Courtney is a Legal Director in the CMS Infrastructure, Construction and Energy Disputes team, based in Dubai. She has worked in Dubai since October 2008 specialising in international arbitration and construction disputes for over 14 years. Courtney has strong experience of acting on a range of disputes particularly construction industry claims for time and money, variations, defective work, incomplete design and wrongful termination on major construction and infrastructure projects.
Her experience includes representing main contractors and subcontractors as claimants and respondents in arbitrations concerning high-profile projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Courtney has also acted as
Project Counsel supporting clients throughout the day-to-day execution of the works on a number of construction and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
