With ca 20 years experience in international projects management, Yulia, CFA, has been working at the EBRD since 2010 supporting the Bank's clients in the public and private sectors across more than 25 countries with the infrastructure projects structuring, procurement and implementation, driving the use of sustainable and green solutions in the projects long before they became mainstream. She has also worked in banking and risk management as well as a public sector employer and private sector supply chain manager that gives her a rather broad perspective of various issues affecting any project's success, including procurement, finance, environmental, social and climate change matters.
