Owain has been based in the Middle East since 2008 holding various legal and commercial roles in Hyder Consulting (now Arcadis) Atkins, Arabtec, Projex Consulting and his current role in Red Sea Global. Owain has worked on major projects such as The Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Palm Jumeirah, the Louvre Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Plaza, Midfield Terminal, Amaala and the Red Sea Development and various other projects from a consulting, contracting and client perspective.
