Swiss attorney David Liatowitsch represents clients in arbitration and litigation proceedings regarding international turnkey and engineering contracts. He also advises companies on the drafting of such contracts.
David studied law at the University of Zurich with an exchange at the University Luiss Guido Carli, Rome (lic. iur. 2006). After interning with the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris (2007) he was admitted to the Zurich bar (2009). One year later he obtained an LL.M. from New York University and in 2014 a CAS in Law & Management from University of St. Gallen. David is a co-founder of the NYU International Arbitration Association.
