Chandan is a Principal in Ernst & Young LLP’s Forensic & Integrity Services Practice and serves clients across a variety of dispute management services.
Prior to joining EY, Chandan practiced law specializing in litigation and investigations. During his private practice, he represented clients facing regulatory inquiries, investigations, IP litigation and product liability actions.
Over the past decade at EY, he has served clients in multiple sectors to address litigation, investigation, and compliance needs using analytics and forensics managed services. Chandan has spoken, published, and taught CLE’s on the use of analytics across legal and compliance issues, specializing in FCPA & FCA investigations.
Prior to his legal career, Chandan held positions with increasing responsibility in operations, sales contracting, and procurement at a Fortune 50 global healthcare and consumer products company.
