Andy is a strategic communications, public affairs and membership engagement professional and also a journalist, writer, and presenter, with 30 years experience of corporate affairs, public relations, public affairs, fundraising, campaigning and membership development within business, representative bodies, third sector and charity organisations. He has particular experience and knowledge of the construction, built environment and infrastructure sector, writes regularly for FIDIC’s online news platform Infrastructure Global and was previously the editor of the construction sector magazine and website, Infrastructure Intelligence. He is also a member of the board of the International Building Press, the construction and property sector organisation that brings together journalists and communications professionals who share a common passion for the built environment.
