Dr. Tristano Sainati is a lecturer in project management. Tristano is an expert in financing and contracting for infrastructures in energy, nuclear, and sanitation. Tristano has an industrial engineering and legal background, and his main research interests include contracting and concessions for infrastructure projects, nuclear licensing, cost estimation in projects, project financing, project governance, and project compliance.
Concerning Tristano's teaching activity at the University of Leeds, he is the Module Leader for Risk Management and the Director of the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Course: Law and Contract Management, which is accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) for those wishing to become arbitrators or Adjudicators. Tristano also serves as the study abroad coordinator for education for the School of Civil Engineering in Leeds.
