Nick is a Chartered Civil Engineer with experience in the contract management, construction supervision, and design of engineering projects both in the UK and internationally. Currently assigned as the Project Manager to the JICA funded 187 MW Asahan No. 3 Hydroelectric Power plant Construction Project in Indonesia. Nick has recent International experience contract management and procurement for multi contract Hydropower development projects in Indonesia, Sri Lanka Pakistan, Sudan, Qatar and Libya.

As a Contracts and Procurement Engineer Nick’s experience includes the preparation of Prequalification, Tender and Contract Documents for International Competitive Bidding for Multi Donor Banks, including the World Bank, ADB and JICA. These projects typically utilise the FIDIC forms for the execution of these Works, where Nick has dealt with the development of large Variations and valuation and settlement of Claims for additional time and Costs.
