Michele currently chairs the FIDIC Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, is on the FIDIC Credentialing Limited Certification Board and is Trainer for the FIDIC Future Leaders Management Training Certificate.
She has written a book called: ”The Development of Young Professionals and Women in STEM careers” together with Dr Hannelie Nel. It is published by Taylor & Francis Group (USA).
