Athena is an international project leader delivering a diverse range of infrastructure projects in urban and rural environments. These include high-profile, complex projects such as urban integration of high-speed rail stations, metro tunnels and associated ventilation shafts to regional light rail. She has managed the design and construction of highways, 1000km integrated flood defences and mixeduse transport, residential and urban realm hubs and airport piers.

She is an inclusive and engaging leader bringing international expertise from managing large (up to 300 people), cross country and continent teams. These teams are multi-disciplinary including subcontractors, project controls and cost consultants. She has led projects in; UK, Australia, Sweden, Peru and across the Arabian Peninsula. Her project leadership experience ranges from feasibility including EIA, planning application, design and construction phases. She leads collaboratively to achieve high quality, integrated solutions to develop appropriate and cost balanced results across a range of contracts. She thrives on complexity and drives continual improvement and innovation as she seeks opportunities between interfaces and through her network.
