Denis is a construction lawyer with 15 years of experience. He specializes in dispute avoidance through risk and contract management by real-time full life-cycle legal project advice and support on international construction projects from tender to realization, as well as dispute resolution under international arbitration.
Uniquely Denis' experience includes work as an in-house lawyer on construction sites with project managers and engineers, where he learns the construction jargon.
Denis is also one of the five members of the FIDIC Task Group Procurement of the FIDIC Business Practice Leadership Committee and part of the EU-funded project of the European Cooperation in Science and Technology COST - Implementation of Circular Economy in the Built Environment.
