I have broad experiences spanning some 30 years with Contractors and Consultants involved in technically complex infrastructure projects for National, State, Local and Private Clients. As a peo- ple leader, I am responsible on behalf of the shareholders and stakeholders to ensure the success of all our clients and my employers’ prosperity by directing the day-to-day affairs of the business. In addition to business, strategy, and financial issues, I deal with the challenges and issues relating to corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, and corporate ethics. My technical experi- ence includes bespoke finance contracts, alliances, partnering, conventional and Design-Build (DB) and Engineer-Procure-Construct (EPC) construction, and have been involved in many disci- plines including environmental, Climate Change Sustainability, Airport, Rail Corridors, Metros, Ports, and Maritime, offshore pipeline & Platforms, offshore windmills, Hydropower, Dams & Res- ervoirs, Mining, Water & Waste Water treatment including technologies, surveying, planning and health, and safety.
