Savina serves as Executive Director of the International Coalition for Sustainable Infrastructure (ICSI) and is a dedicated advocate for the critical role of civil engineers in addressing society's most pressing challenges. As an accomplished civil engineer and infrastructure practitioner, she brings over two decades of expertise in advising governments, infrastructure owners and operators, multilateral development banks, and NGOs on the development and implementation of inclusive, sustainable, and resilient infrastructure solutions.

Prior to her current position at ICSI, Savina held key roles as an infrastructure advisor at Arup and Head of Guidance and Standards at the Resilience Shift. She currently contributes her expertise to several international advisory and technical committees focused on advancing sustainable and resilient infrastructure practices globally.
