His experience has been built through projects carried out with companies in the real estate, industrial, and service sectors, as well as with associative, local, European and international cooperation actors, and in training and skills development.

This experience is further strengthened by his involvement in French regulatory bodies on GHGs, participation in the AFNOR/ISO standardization committee on Environment & Climate Change—which is responsible for GHG evaluation, communication, and verification standards—and in various initiatives related to energy and climate change.

His hands-on experience in environmental and overall performance projects has led him to implement tools for energy, carbon, and environmental management, environmental and responsible communication, eco-design, sustainable procurement, and energy efficiency, all applied in collaboration with field teams and aligned with client requirements.

Committed to progress aligned with the +2°C climate target, Idriss combines R&D on eco-innovations with support for GHG assessments, energy and environmental audits, action plans, and capacity building for field teams to sustainably improve processes and energy, environmental, commercial, economic, and social performance.

He supports the development of practical approaches for the transition to a low-CO₂e society at the level of a profession, organization, collective, or territory, within the framework of sustainable development as outlined by the ISO 26000 Social Responsibility standard, Agenda 21, or the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
