Legal counsel and Contract Manager with experience gained within leading Italian and international industrial companies in the Construction, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors.
Previously worked at a leading law firm in Rome. Since 2014, has served as an in-house Counsel, with a particular focus on complex projects — including project finance and PPP — related to sustainable development, infrastructure, and energy transition. Has international work experience, particularly in Norway, where for three years held the role of Legal Manager for Northern Europe and Contract Manager.
Extensive academic activity on the topic of international contracts: since 2016, a member of the Scientific Committee Working Group “Contract Conditions” of the European International Contractors based in Berlin; speaker at the FIDIC “International Contractor Users” conference in London (2018); and lecturer since 2019 in the Master’s program at Politecnico di Milano on “Contract Claims and Delay Management in Construction.” In 2024, was a speaker at the CICA-EIC World Conference in Paris.
Also, co-author of the commentaries: “Contractor’s Guide to the 2017 FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-Build” (2020), and
“Contractor’s Guide to the 2017 FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction” (2023).
