Sarwono born in Pekalongan 6th June 1953, he is Board of Director of Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils-FIDIC (2019-2023); FIDIC Ambassador (2023- now); Director of Region 2 of Dispute Resolution Board Foundation-DRBF (2016-now); Country Representative for Indonesia-DRBF (2012-now); President, Society of Construction Law Indonesia (SCLI) (2023-now); FIDIC Affiliate Member (2013-now); FIDIC Accredited Trainer (2012-now); President and Fellow of Institute of Dispute Board for Construction-(PADSK)-(2017-now); Executive Member and Fellow of Indonesian Institute of Arbitrator (IArbI) (2023-now); Singapore International Arbitration Court Reserve Panel (SIAC) (2023-now); he recently involved in some International Projects in Indonesia and abroad as Dispute Avoidance and Adjudication Board (2006-now).
