Author of 4 books on construction matters including: “FIDIC CONTRACTS: 10 topics to understand them and implement them” and “Dispute Boards: Theory and practice”. He is managing partner of COMAD LATAM, a boutique internationational firm focused on the implementation of best practices in construction contracts in LATAM as well as dispute prevention and resolution.
