Magnus is an astute Civil Engineer with over 28-year post qualification experience. He obtained his BSc. Civil Engineering Degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana and an MSc in Transportation and Road Engineering in TU/IHE Delft, The Netherlands. He is the CEO of Delin Consult Ltd, a multi-disciplinary engineering firm that provides technical, financial, institutional, and management consulting services to both private and public sectors in Ghana and the Sub-Saharan Africa. As a Transportation Expert, he has made key decisions on the development of the Strategic Environmental Assessment for the Ghana National Transport Policy and promoted the inclusion of cycling as a policy aim in the transport policy. He was selected among 18 experts around the world by EMBARQ, USA and International Development and Research Centre, Canada to develop research topics on Active Transport (non-motorized transport) in June 2013.He is a Professional Engineer and a Fellow of the Ghana Institution of Engineers. He is a Past President of the Ghana Institution of Engineers (GhIE) and also of the West Africa Federation of Engineering Organizations (WAFEO). He is a certified Leadership Speaker and Trainer.
