Marloes Fischer is Managing Director of Madaster Services Switzerland and founder of Circular Hub, the knowledge and networking platform for circular economy in Switzerland. Prior to that, she was a Lean Operations executive at Zurich Insurance and the shipping company Maersk Line for many years.

She aims to identify ways to improve social, environmental and economic factors for people, the environment and the economy. For her, circularity is the logical next step to future-proof companies while taking profitability and customer demand into account. She is Dutch and studied communication sciences and Japanese studies.
