Hamish Goldie-Scot is Anti-Corruption Adviser to the Collaboration Platform of the Beijing-based Multilateral Cooperation Center for Development Finance (MCDF). A Fellow of the UK Institution of Civil Engineers, he has worked as an engineer, planner, adviser and trainer in over 50 countries and been resident in six.
He has written and lectured widely on practical and collaborative approaches to corruption risk management in infrastructure. While working for international engineering consultants Scott Wilson, he established and managed the company’s Business Conduct Compliance System. Since 2013, he has worked as an independent consultant, based in his native Scotland but continuing to work internationally.
Hamish is also Technical Adviser to CoST – the Infrastructure Transparency Initiative, a Director of the UK Chapter of the Global Infrastructure Anti-Corruption Centre (GIACC), and a founding member of the UK Anti-Corruption Forum.
