Building on the successful Integrity Forum at GIC 2025, the FIDIC Integrity Management Committee (IMC) invites delegates to continue the integrity journey through an interactive and practical discussion focused on moving integrity from principles to practice across the infrastructure sector. The Forum will explore how leadership, organisational culture, transparency and effective integrity management can translate commitments and principles into everyday business and project practices. Bringing together perspectives from FIDIC, the IMC and its integrity partners, the session will address practical integrity challenges faced by organisations and individuals across the infrastructure lifecycle.

Rather than a traditional panel session, the Forum will encourage active participation and open discussion, allowing delegates to exchange experiences, challenge assumptions and identify practical actions to strengthen integrity and trust across the global infrastructure industry.
