Mr Felix Poon is the Chief Assistant Secretary (Works) 1 of the Project Strategy and Governance Office of Development Bureau of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He is responsible for overseeing the delivery of capital works projects in Hong Kong and formulating strategic construction innovation initiatives, including digitalisation, high productivity construction, applied research and development, artificial intelligence and construction robots, etc., for uplifting productivity and strengthening project cost governance in a holistic manner, with an aim of improving the overall performance of capital works projects

Felix is a civil engineer by training and possesses over 25 years’ experience in overseeing and delivering a wide-range of major projects in Development Bureau and various government departments.
