Thaís has been at the firm since 2005. She advises clients on contentious and transactional matters related to construction and infrastructure projects, including pre-contractual project feasibility review; contractual model selection; structuring; review and negotiation of construction contracts; contract management; and contract-related national and international judicial and arbitral disputes, as well as other alternative dispute resolution methods (such as mediation, dispute boards and expert determination). Thaís holds an LL.B. degree from the São Paulo Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-SP), a certificate in Infrastructure Contracts from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), a post-graduate degree in Contract Law from the São Paulo Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-SP), and an LL.M. in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London. She has also acted as foreign associate at Macfarlanes LLP, England.
