Description


This session will look at the global use of FIDIC contracts with particular emphasis on the experiences of worldwide users and how FIDIC forms are being applied. Representatives from financial institutions using FIDIC contracts will present in this session. The session will also examine FIDIC contract translations and their use and the MDB COPAs.
