Robert Aloys Werth is an independent dispute resolution practitioner. Robert has an engineering background and is publicly appointed and sworn expert for Quantum and FIDIC Conditions. He serves as adjudicator, dispute board member and expert in international construction disputes. He is on the FIDIC President's list of adjudicators and on many other panels. Robert is an international accredited FIDIC trainer and co-author of the FIDIC Green Book2nd Edition.
