This session will focus on the global use of FIDIC contracts, with a special emphasis on the experiences of users worldwide. Topics will include the use of FIDIC Suite of Contracts, including the FIDIC Green Book and other works contracts.  

Representatives from leading financial institutions, Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs) and major contractors utilising FIDIC contracts will share their perspectives on working with FIDIC forms for their projects worldwide. The discussion will explore the critical role of procurement and the application of rated criteria in developing sustainable infrastructure. 

Additionally, the session will examine the growth and development of offshore wind, solar and energy-efficient projects, highlighting how FIDIC contracts are shaping these sectors.
