Yann is an international construction lawyer and the founder of Darci, a law firm dedicated to dispute avoidance and resolution for the construction industry. He assists clients in the full cycle of international construction contracts, from contract drafting to dispute resolution. Yann has served as counsel, President of the Tribunal, Co-Arbitrator and Sole Arbitrator in more than 40 international arbitrations. He also acts as dispute board member. Yann is a FIDIC Certified Adjudicator and Trainer.
