Speakers will present FIDIC’s second Practice Note on the appointment of Dispute Boards, alongside exclusive pre-release findings from a global survey conducted by King’s College London. 

Attendees will explore real-world examples of dispute avoidance managed by Dispute Boards, with insights shared by dispute board members, practitioners and project participants. The session will also examine common issues and questions Dispute Boards help parties resolve, drawing on practical experiences from various projects.
