This session will look at the industry developments on construction adjudication and application of DAABs.

Speakers will present FIDIC’s second Practice Note on the appointment of Dispute Boards, alongside exclusive pre-release findings from a global survey conducted by King’s College London. The session will also present UNCITRAL’s new Model Clause on Adjudication, including the possibility of initiating a highly expedited compliance arbitration to enforce the decision of the adjudicator.

The session will also examine common issues and questions Dispute Boards help parties resolve, drawing on practical experiences from various projects.
