Mr. Chung leads the AECOM Asia’s business, which has over 7,500 employees across Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan and Southeast Asia. Serving as a chartered civil engineer for more than 30 years, Mr. Chung has led teams to build multi-disciplinary, large scale transportation, civil and infrastructure projects for the Hong Kong infrastructure and environmental industry. In addition to his heavy involvement in Hong Kong and mainland China’s infrastructure development, Mr. Chung has extensive overseas experience in managing and providing technical advice around the world. His recent projects include the Hong Kong International Airport Three-runway System and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge.
