Conference overview
The 2025 Official FIDIC International Contract Users’ Conference and Awards takes place on 1-4 December 2025 at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge. Following a successful 2024 event, this year’s conference once again promises to be a must-attend event for all those working with FIDIC contracts.
The conference will offer delegates an indispensable update on FIDIC’s market-leading contract suite as well as discussing the latest developments in the international contracts arena, highlighting key and emerging issues and giving all attendees the opportunity to meet and network with key global stakeholders from across the FIDIC contracts ecosystem.
A key part of the two-day event programme is the unveiling of the winners of the 2025 FIDIC Contract Users’ Awards which take place at a special gala dinner event on 2 December 2025. These awards recognise excellence in the use of FIDIC contract forms for project delivery and showcase examples of good practice through collaboration from across the world.
Prior to the conference day, on 1 December 2025, FIDIC will be hosting its popular Dispute Avoidance and Adjudication Forum to discuss key and emerging issues in the dispute avoidance arena.
Attendees at the London conference will receive updates on FIDIC contracts that are being planned or under development and they will also hear from leading contractual and legal experts on the latest issues in the fast-changing world of international construction contracts.
If you are currently a FIDIC contract user, are contemplating using them in the future or are just curious and want to find out more about why these contractual forms are so widely used and well regarded across the international construction industry, then make sure that you reserve your place at the Official FIDIC International Contract Users’ Conference and Awards in London this December.
A certificate of attendance will be provided to each conference participant which may be used for CPD verification in your local region.
