During the FIDIC Official International Contract Users Conference in London in December 2022, FIDIC published 2022 reprints of its 2017 construction contracts (Red, Yellow and Silver book) and the contracts guide. Multilateral development banks, including the World Bank and ADB have updated their respective “COPA” (Conditions of Particular Application) to adopt 2022 reprints in their Standard Bidding Documents. This year’s FIDIC International Contract User’s conference saw the publication of the Emerald Book Reprint 2023 and its Guide. FIDIC also published two guidance memorandums for its users to navigate through pandemics, global inflation and war impacts on the supply chain. 
 
This session will present FIDIC’s newest contract publications and will discuss the use of its contracts in the region
