This session will discuss the dispute avoidance features of FIDIC forms and regional perspectives in mitigating conflicts. Additionally, the session will look at the common areas of disputes and will introduce FIDIC’s new Practice Note on Dispute Avoidance developed as part of its Dispute Avoidance and Adjudication Forum. Attendees will gain invaluable insights into optimising and enhancing project outcomes through proactive dispute avoidance techniques.
