Bhd incorporated in Philippines and Brunei Darussalam, respectively, with headquarter in the Philippines on project management specializing on construction contracts and consultancy services on contracts, dispute board approach, avoidance of dispute and dispute resolution operating within the ASEAN specifically the Philippines.

He is a FIDIC Certified Trainer for Contracts, FIDIC Affiliate Member,FCL Coordinator of FIDIC Certified Examination Committee, Member of the Board, Region 2 of Dispute Resolution Board Foundation(DRBF) and Tutor on DB Trainings/Workshops by DRBF. He is also, and accredited construction arbitrator & mediator of the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission, commercial arbitrator of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center(PDRCI) and Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrator and as Sole and Member of Dispute Board in infrastructure projects in the Philippines.

He is a Trustee of PDRCI, Philippine Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators and Founding Member of Society of Construction Law Philippines and resource person on conferences/workshops on FIDIC contracts and dispute board focusing on avoidance of disputes .

Salvador is best known in the construction industry as Project Director of the Istana Nurul Iman, Palace of the Sultan of Brunei, the Guinness World Record's Biggest Residential Palace in the World.
