Discussion table 1: Jurisdictional aspects of using FIDIC forms in the region
Description


This discussion table will examine the legal environment in various parts of the region and discuss how FIDIC contracts are applied. It will also look at the contractual concepts, such as variations, increase of contract price, claims procedures and their operation in various legal environments. 

Countries looked at will include Kazakhstan, Vietnam, India, etc.
