Amit Kumar is Senior Vice President with Mott MacDonald Pvt Ltd. He is post graduate in Civil Engineering. He has worked across a wide spectrum of major projects, sectors, markets and clients in engineering consultancy in India, Middle east, Bangladesh, UK.
He has been working as procurement specialist for large infrastructure projects for various Government/Semi Government\Private and external funding agency such as ADB, World Bank, UNDP, DFID, JICA. He has more than twenty three years’ experience, having extensive project management from concept to handover stages. Responsible for leading multi-national, multi-disciplinary team and commercial performance and risk management of multiyear and multi funding projects. Responsibility also includes implementation of health, safety, environment and sustainability goal.
