Katharine Mottley is the Vice President of Tax and Workforce Policy for the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC). She advocates for ACEC with Congress and the Administration on a range of tax, finance, and workforce issues that are of importance to ACEC member companies. She is also the staff director for ACEC’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Committee.
Prior to joining ACEC, Katharine served as Legislative Director for Congressman J.D. Hayworth. In addition to overseeing all of the legislative work in the office, she was responsible for handling the tax and international trade issues associated with the Congressman’s service on the House Ways and Means Committee.
Katharine holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in international relations, both from Stanford University.
