Tina Gaardsøe Albrechtsen is the global Director of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion at Ramboll, a global architecture, engineering, and consultancy company, delivering expertise and sustainable solutions to clients and partner.

After studying Business Administration at the University of Strathclyde, Tina worked for many years in various HR positions in a global consulting and in the Insurance industry.

A creative Director with a strong drive and flair for pushing the boundaries of current thinking, Tina prefers to work across functions, organizations and business and thrive working with leadership and developing strategies for the future.

Tina is passionate about creating long-term and sustainable EDI solutions, delivering programs that supports the global ambition of Ramboll and are meaningful to the many geographies that Ramboll operates in.
