- This session will focus on the real conditions facing consulting engineering firms and associations across regions. The aim is to identify common challenges, understand market pressures and explore where FIDIC can add value through advocacy, tools, guidance or collective action.

- 13:30-14:15 - Session 4: What are Member Associations already doing that others can learn from?
- A structured peer exchange focused on practical examples, tools, advocacy materials, resources and initiatives that may be useful across regions. This session is designed as an exchange of ideas and usable takeaways rather than formal presentations.
- 14:15-15:00 - Session 5: Future-facing priorities for the profession and Member Associations
- This session will explore priority issues that should most shape FIDIC work in 2027 and beyond and how Councils and Committees work can contribute. AC chairs and Committee Chairs will be invited to contribute to the dialogue. Three guiding questions will help shape the dialogue:
- Which issues should be most prominent on FIDIC agenda in 2027?
- What do Member Associations need from FIDIC to respond effectively?
- Which topics should be addressed by Committees and Councils and how to ensure coherence and coordination?
- This session will explore priority issues that should most shape FIDIC work in 2027 and beyond and how Councils and Committees work can contribute. AC chairs and Committee Chairs will be invited to contribute to the dialogue. Three guiding questions will help shape the dialogue:

- 15:20-16:00 - Session 6: From discussion to action: key messages, reflections and next steps
- This working session is intended to move from discussion to prioritisation. The aim is to identify a small number of concrete issues to take forward after the forum.
