The fee includes:

Visa information

Please be aware that due to extremely high demand, standard UK visitor visas are taking significantly longer than usual to be processed by UK immigration authorities. 

We strongly recommend that you apply for a visa as soon as possible.  

FIDIC cannot be held responsible for late visa applications, visa delays or refusals, and any flight cancellations or disruptions.  We are unable to offer registration refunds, flight compensation or to transfer registrations to other events.
