Description

This key session will look at the use of FIDIC Contracts on bank-financed projects, how the funding banks’ conditions of particular application (COPAs) amend or supplement FIDIC Conditions of Contracts, and the issues that arise from this. The session will also include an overview and discussion on the use of DAABs on bank-financed projects.
