This session will introduce FIDIC’s approach toward relational contracts, presenting it’s Collaborative Contract framework along with key concepts and contractual provisions.  

The discussion will also highlight the Asian Development Bank (ADB) initiative, which developed a Collaborative O&M Contract for infrastructure projects – primarily focused on water but adaptable to other sectors - based on the 2021 Green Book enhanced with collaborative contract provisions.   

Speakers will explore the impact of cultural differences and jurisdictional nuances in the adoption and use of collaborative forms.
