Conference overview
The FIDIC International Contract Users’ Conference and Awards 2026 will take place in London from 30 November – 3 December 2026.
On 30 November 2026 FIDIC will be hosting its popular Dispute Avoidance and Adjudication Forum to discuss key and emerging issues in the dispute avoidance arena, followed by the Welcome drinks reception for conference participants.
The conference on 1 - 2 December 2026 will provide delegates with an essential update on FIDIC’s market-leading contract suite, alongside expert analysis of the latest developments in the international contracts arena. Sessions will explore key and emerging issues, share practical experience and offer valuable perspectives from leading practitioners operating across diverse jurisdictions and project environments.
A key part of the two-day event programme is the unveiling of the winners of the 2026 FIDIC Contract Users’ Awards which take place at a special gala dinner event on Wednesday, 2 December 2026. These awards recognise excellence in the use of FIDIC contract forms for project delivery and showcase examples of good practice through collaboration from across the world.
Delegates will also hear directly from leading contractual and legal experts on current trends, risk allocation, dispute avoidance and other critical topics shaping the fast-evolving world of international construction contracts. The conference offers a unique platform to connect with clients, engineers, contractors, lawyers, adjudicators, financiers and other key stakeholders from across the FIDIC contracts ecosystem.
Whether you are an experienced FIDIC contract user, considering adopting FIDIC forms on future projects or simply wish to deepen your understanding of why these contracts are so widely used and respected worldwide, the Official FIDIC International Contract Users’ Conference and Awards 2026 is a key date for your calendar.
A certificate of attendance will be provided to each conference participant which may be used for CPD verification in your local region.
On 30 November and 3 December 2026 FIDIC will be hosting its Academy workshops. More information can be found here.
