We strongly advise attendees who need to obtain a visa to make their application at the earliest opportunity to take account of any potential delays.  

FIDIC cannot be held responsible for late visa applications, visa delays or refusals, and any flight cancellations or disruptions.  We are unable to offer registration refunds, flight compensation or to transfer registrations to other events.

Beware of Phishing Emails
We've received reports of fraudulent emails impersonating our conference. Official communications will only come from emails with the domain @fidic.org, always verify the sender's full email address, not just the display name. Be wary of messages demanding urgent payment, asking for personal or credit card details via email or containing suspicious links/attachments. If you're ever unsure whether an email is genuine, contact us directly at events@fidic.org before responding or clicking anything.
