Visa regulations and Passports

Please check if your nationality requires a visa by contacting your embassy or the Singapore embassy in your country.

You are advised to apply for an entry visa within 30 days prior to arrival in Singapore. Your visa application will be processed within three working days (excluding the day of submission). Some applications may take longer to process.

Each visa application will be considered on its own merits.

To enter Singapore, travellers must have minimum 6-month passport validity if you are not a Singapore passport holder

Entry requirements

Travellers seeking to enter Singapore should comply with the prevailing Public Health as well as Entry Requirements listed here.

All travellers must fill in the SGAC declaration up to 3 days before arrival. Only Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and Long-Term Pass Holders entering via land checkpoints do not need to fill in the SGAC

Further information 

FIDIC, in conjunction with the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES), our local member association in Singapore, will be pleased to provide a conference support letter upon request to registered and fully paid conference attendees. This letter can be utilized as part of your visa application process. Please note that this letter will only be provided to you upon completion of your conference registration and payment of the full registration fee.
